I began my journey in financial journey in 2018, earning six consecutive years of MDRT recognition and the 2024 International Dragon Award. But the achievement I’m proudest of isn’t a title, it’s the people I have helped grow along the way. 

As an Agency Leader today, I focus on mentoring, sharing hard earned lesson and walking alongside my team through every stage of their careers. To me leadership isn’t about standing at the top it’s about lifting other up with you.
