As a firm believer in continuous professional development, Ivan is a Certified HNW adviser and a CFP. Besides focusing on people development to help associates to reach their fullest potential, he believes in contributions to the wider community as an act of paying it forward. He has served in IFPAS as excos in 2017-2020. Currently, he has been serving in RVN as grassroots leader and as Chairman of his company registered leaders association. In 2022, he set up a foundation through CFS to benefit underprivileged children.
