Entering the insurance industry at just 21 after completing National Service, Kevin's early life was marked by profound adversity—the loss of his father to cancer, a military scholarship forfeited due to injury, and self-funding his university degree. Drawing strength from his background as a former competitive long-distance runner, he channelled discipline, endurance, and an unwavering determination to succeed into building an extraordinary career.

Since graduating in 2016, Kevin has achieved Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status for 10 consecutive years, qualifying for Court of the Table (COT) in 2022 and attaining the prestigious Top of the Table (TOT) five times—in 2021 and consecutively from 2023 to 2026. Today, he is an Executive Director who leads a team of 80 consultants at his organisation. Notably, he has achieved the top honours as his company’s top Executive Director for 3 consecutive years from 2023-2025, a testament to the culture of excellence he has built.
