Winnie began her AIA journey in September 1997 after five years in banking, seeking a career that rewarded effort and offered entrepreneurial freedom. An NUS Business School graduate, she quickly excelled — achieving MDRT, Centurion, and the company's top Rookie award in her first full year. Transitioning into leadership in 2001, she has since groomed numerous MDRT producers, culminating in her recognition as AIA's 11th Master Director in 2018. While her early drive stemmed from income and recognition, her passion now lies in mentoring advisors and safeguarding clients. Shaped by the loss of her father and early financial hardship, she lives by MDRT values — Mindset, Discipline, Relationships, and Teamwork — inspiring others to believe in their potential and succeed.
