SMA Criteria
- Criteria: The applicant must meet 2 of the 3 criteria (b or c), with a minimum FYC being compulsory.
- For Direct Manager, this includes all agents directly recruited by the manager.
- For Group Manager/Director, this includes all agents recruited by the manager and the indirect managers.
- Group (Tier 3) Manager/Director may include production figures (with FYC being compulsory) from buyout units within the last 3 years (i.e., 2022–2024).
